How much is my house worth?

The right or wrong answer could make or cost you tens, or even hundreds of thousands of dollars...

I talk with homeowners every day who are wondering what their homes are worth.

The more important question is, "What will your home sell for?"

Many unsophisticated buyers and sellers will go to Zillow, Redfin, or another real estate site and look at a home's estimated value.

While these sites can sometimes be in the ballpark, just being in the ballpark isn't good enough.

Being in the ballpark could mean leaving $50,000 or $200,000 on the table, or more.  It could also mean listing the property for more than it will sell for - and missing an opportunity as the market continues to evolve.

These sites don't have an understanding of the nuances that make your property unique. You Do!

And when we talk, I'll help you understand what these things are and we'll use them and the other available data to come up with the best price possible to get your home sold.

If you are interested, I'd love to discuss your property with you.  Fill out the form below and I'll get to work on it right away and get back to you for more details.

Thanks,
Mike
